Ingredients
- 15oz of Ricotta
- 8oz of Mascarpone
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, except chocolate chips.
- Once mixed well scrape the sides to make sure everything is well combined
- Add in Chocolate Chips
- Mix again
- Put filling in a piping bag. and fill your cannolis.
- If the icing is too watery or thin, make it cool in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
If you don't want to add chocolate chips you can add your favorite nuts or anything else you want to try, just make sure they are crumbled or broken into smaller pieces for the best results.
