A classic Italian carbonara with cheese and bacon. This easy cheesy pasta dish is a must try for the whole family.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 450g of spaghetti
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of bacon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot boil water for your pasta.
- Cook your bacon to your liking and chop it up into small pieces.
- Once your bacon is ready, In another pan add butter and garlic and heat up on low/medium heat and sauté, then close the heat.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain, but keep at least 2 cups of water on the side.
- Prepare two eggs beaten.
- Add the pasta to the pan with garlic in butter add the 2 cups of pasta water, 1/2 a cup of cheese and 2 eggs beaten, mix together fast so that the eggs don’t cook.
- Serve.
