Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 450g of spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot boil water for your pasta.
  2. Cook your bacon to your liking and chop it up into small pieces.
  3. Once your bacon is ready, In another pan add butter and garlic and heat up on low/medium heat and sauté, then close the heat.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain, but keep at least 2 cups of water on the side.
  5. Prepare two eggs beaten.
  6. Add the pasta to the pan with garlic in butter add the 2 cups of pasta water, 1/2 a cup of cheese and 2 eggs beaten, mix together fast so that the eggs don’t cook.
  7. Serve.
