Now if you have never had Pasta Broccoli Sausage it is time to try it! I make this recipe quite often just because it is something fast and well it tastes great.

Pasta Broccoli Sausage

  • 1 box of pasta of your choice (just not spaghetti)
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 pack of sausages ( I like to use spicy roma sausages)
  • 1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese (kraft regular bag)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • oil


  1. In a pot boil water.
  2. In a pan add a bit of oil and 3 minced garlic cloves, let simmer. If you love garlic you can add 1-2 cloves more.
  3. Add in your sausages I like the remove the skin and break it up into small pieces.
  4. Cook sausages until fully ready. Make sure not to burn them.
  5. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  6. Add the broccoli in the same pan as your sausages and mix together. I like my broccoli more crunchy so I don’t cook it for very long.
  7. Add your pasta of choice to your boiling water.
  8. Once fully cooked, strain and put it back into the pot.
  9. Add in cooked sausage and broccoli. Mix together
  10. Add in one full bag of shredded cheese. Mix together.
  11. Ready to serve.


If you want to keep and serve for later add your pasta in a baking pot and cover with aluminum paper. When you are ready to eat just pop it back in the oven to heat up.
