Mini Maple Cones—also known as sucre à la crème cones—are absolutely delicious! These sweet treats are always a crowd favourite at parties and a staple in our home. I make them two different ways: the method below, and the classic sucre à la crème made in the microwave—yes, the microwave! RECIPE HERE
Ingredients

- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 2 tablespoons 35% cooking cream
- Mini ice cream cones (about 16)
