Homemade stuffed mushrooms, a perfect side dish for almost any meal. It is simple fast and most important you probably already have all the ingredients in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder or salt
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean your mushrooms. Remove the middle stem and set aside
  2. Once they are clean, start your stuffing.
  3. Cut up all the stems into mini pieces or you can use any extra mushrooms too.
  4. In a bowl add your breadcrumbs, cheese, egg and garlic powder or salt and mix together.
  5. Add in your mushrooms, mix until well combined.
  6. Add a Tbsp of mixture into your mushrooms
  7. Cook at 350 for 20minutes or until mushroom is a bit mushy.
  8. If you choose, after 15 minutes of cooking take out the mushrooms add a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese, and place them back in for another 5 minutes.
