Sliced Pan Fried Red Peppers

A simple easy side dish for any meal sliced pan fried peppers. I always debate what side dishes to make with my meals, whether it be a simple salad, potatoes or rice I try to make different side dish for every meal. These sliced pan fried roasted peppers were a success and are now on my menu.
 
They are simple, fast and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Peppers (color of choice)
  • Garlic salt
  • Oil ( I used grape-seed oil)
  • Pam (to spray on your frying pan)
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut your peppers into thick slithers.
  2. Put into a bowl and mix some garlic salt, parsley and oil of choice.
  3. Coat well.
  4. In a frying pan, spray pam.
  5. Turn on medium heat.
  6. Add your pepper mixture, and let simmer.
  7. Fry till you feel your peppers are ready. ( I like them a bit more crunchy, so I don’t fry them for that long)
  8. Serve Immediately.
