Crocchette di patate also known as Potato patties are super delicious. Wether you just want to make them as a side or if you have extra cooked potatos, these are something you need to try. Last week I made a fresh batch of Gnocchi’s and I had a few extra cooked potatos so I decided to make Crocchette di patate and well of course my toddler also tried them. RECIPE SUCCESS!
I am a huge fan of potatos. I love them and love to try different ways to cook them. This is one of my top 5 potato recipes that I just I love.

Ingredients
- 6-7 potatos

Instructions
- Boil potatos till soft, that when you pick it with a fork it goes through.
- Strain out of water and let cool in a bowl. (I added it to my kitchen aid mixer but you can use a handmixer or mix it by hand.)
- Once cooled, add in parmesan cheese, 1/2 a cup of bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 clove of garlic crushed or diced into mini pieces and mix all together until Smooth. I used my mixer.
- Prepare a pan with oil.
- In two separate bowls add one egg and beat it and in the other add the remaining 1/2 a cup of breadcrumbs.
