Mom life · Little appetites
Three little ones, three busy appetites, and the daily question: what’s for lunch?
It has been quite a zoo in my house! All three of my little ones are super active and always on the go. At the time of writing, my youngest is seven months old, and we’ve started exploring foods beyond purées.
That sent me back through the recipes I used to make for my older two when they were his age. While I was at it, I put together an updated list for my toddlers, because their eating habits are quite fancy, as I like to say!
A little inspiration for lunchtime
I update my lists every so often because my kids’ tastes keep changing. Something they love one week might not be the favorite the next, so it helps to have a few ideas to come back to.

My toddler food & snack lists
Looking for a little inspiration? Here are the two lists I keep coming back to for food and snack ideas.
Finding what works for our family
Every family has its own eating habits, and my ideas may look different from yours. I’ve tried so many recipes, from different kinds of pasta to meat and fish. These lists reflect what’s working in our house right now.
Take a little inspiration, find what works for your family, and come back whenever you need a fresh idea.
What’s your little one’s current lunchtime favorite? I’d love to hear in the comments.
With love, Tania
